COBNUT OIL IN THE 'FISH COOK BOOK 2'

We were delighted to attend the launch party of the 'Hastings & Rye Fish Cook Book 2' on 1st December.  This book is a treasure trove of fish recipes,  and Cobnut Oil is given a whole page.  Cobnut Oil and Smoked Salmon Bruschetta were served at the launch and everyone agreed they were delicious - perfect for those impromptu Christmas parties.   This book really is worth having on your recipes shelf - it is an interesting read as well as containing lots of fabulous recipe ideas.  Lobster Thermidore a la Catherine (with Cobnut Oil) also features.
