COBNUT OIL IN THE 'FISH COOK BOOK 2'

We were delighted to be included in the 'Hastings & Rye Fish Cook Book 2'.  This book is a treasure trove of fish recipes,  and Cobnut Oil is given a whole page.   Everyone agreed that the Cobnut Oil and Smoked Salmon Bruschetta were delicious - perfect for parties.   This book really is worth having on your recipes shelf - it is an interesting read as well as containing lots of fabulous recipe ideas.  Lobster Thermidore a la Catherine (with Cobnut Oil) also features.
