HARVEST TIME
The cobnuts on the trees are now turning from green to golden, and preparations are being made for the harvest, which will begin towards the end of September. A team of around 20 pickers will descend on the farm, and will stay with us for 2-3 weeks until the harvest is over. As the nuts are hand-picked, harvest time is a very labour-intensive period on the farm. Let's hope the sun shines for us.
