Catherine was invited to attend a recording of Jay Rayner's 'Kitchen Cabinet' earlier this month in Rochester.  The panel were keen to sample Hurstwood Farm's English Walnut Oil - made from nuts grown on the farm.

Harvest time is here !

 Our busiest time of year has now commenced, as we start to pick the cobnuts.  We will soon start the cycle of de-husking, drying, sorting and cleaning, cracking and finally, pressing the nut kernels for oil.
